For many high school seniors, this is a time for deep-seated reflection, a time of doubt and extreme anxiety and wonderment and mostly excitement for what the future may hold. As many begin to accept the notion that graduation is right around the corner, their minds all ravel around one thought: I finally made it, but what now?
We thought it would be interesting to ask a group of high school seniors what their thoughts were during this wonderful time of their lives. As you read the following essays, feel free to reflect on your own high school days and take notice of how far you have come in this lifetime.
Throughout the month of April, we will post a new essay and self-portrait (all un-edited) every day, so that we all might remember THE LAST DAYS OF HIGH SCHOOL.
